The Event Management Service is available whether you are holding your event on our campus or in another venue or even in another country. All we need from you is the relevant information about the event, we can manage the rest.

With a choice of packages available, our services include:

  • online registration page set-up
  • managing delegate registrations and payments
  • preparing and distributing delegate information
  • direct liaison with delegates regarding queries
  • preparing delegate packs and badges
  • staffing the registration desk
  • preparing final accounts and disbursement of monies.

Don't forget we also have a variety of food and drink selections that can be delivered directly to your meeting room or event space with our delivered catering service*.

We also have a private fine dining restaurant on the Canterbury campus as well as experience delivering outdoor catering or formal dinners ideal for your event*.
